We are looking for a Plot of Land with or without a restoration building on it. This plot must be at least 10,000 sq metres and it MUST be within 10/11kms to the beach. The area this plot must be in is around Alicante to Cartagena. Price up to 100,000 euros.

We started the school in 2009 teaching English; it has taken off so well we have now started teaching Spanish classes to people wanting to integrate into Spanish life. Classes are 5€ per class. Hello, my name is Christine an I am a pole fitness instructor. I have recently started classes in the new polenastics dance studio in Los Altos, Via park 3.
Pole dance & pole fitness is a great way to Get fit, meet wonderful people, learn a skill, have fun, sculpt your physique, tone up, build your confidence and much much more.
CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ON:

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A POLE DANCE & FITNESS CLASS:
Each Polenastics pole fitness and dance class is generally 1 hour long, and includes a warm up and cool down, pole moves, tricks & floor work. You will also have the chance to learn and perfect pole dance routines, posture and walking exercises.
As a beginner, after an initial introductory chat with your Polenastics pole fitness and dance instructor, (where I will need to know of any injuries or illnesses, your ability, concerns and expectations), you will be put on a pole with either 3 or 4 other ladies of similar ability. You will then be shown some basic pole dance moves and linking sequences which you will practice with your pole buddies. If you are more advanced and have pole experience previously, please let us know when you book in and we can ensure that you are put on a pole with students around the same level.

ITALIAN RESTAURANTS
Are there any Italian Restaurants in Almoradi as I think we have walked throughout the town and I haven´t seen any. We do like a variety of international cuisine and Italian food is one of them. Can anyone confirm that there are no Italian places to eat in Almoradi. Thank you.
The only place I know that offers Italian food is Restaurante Giovanni, its not a full blown Italian restaurant more continental cuisine, but some of the Italian dishes are very nice. If you go back 2 weeks on the forum I reviewed an Italian Restaurant called Fratelli´s in Benijofar and would definately recommend this if you want good homemade Italian food. As Almoradi Life have already confirmed Giovanni´s restaurant is the only one in Almoradi that offers Italian food. Again if you drive another lovely Italian restaurant called La Napolitana offers delicious authentic Italian food and is based in Benimar ll, right at the top of the hill. You will not be disappointed. Regards John
Have you tried San Remo's in Almoradi, it is situated right near the Square, next corner to Morales Estate Agents, they do a big range of very good pasta dishes and excellent pizzas as well as the usual steak and chicken dishes too. It does not look gr8t from the outside but ok inside and very clean. Also, very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a try.
Hi all and thanks for all your recommendations. We will try Giovanni´s and will also try Fratelli´s in the near future. We have already eaten in San Remo´s and we enjoyed some of the food but its not really homemade Italian food, although having said that the Pizza´s were lovely. I would recommend the menu del dia at only 8.95 for 3 courses plus a drink.
I have also heard about a restaurant called Musetti´s in Almoradi, but don´t know where it is, does anyone know where it is? Gracias
Hi. Mussetti's is just near the top of Calle Mayor toward La Luz Apartments. Pass park on right hand side and Cremitorium on the left. Take left turn just before Manuel de Torres School. It changed hands a while ago and the opening hours can vary. Heard reports it is not as good as it used to be but worth I try I suppose.
DOMTI´S CLOSES DOWN AGAIN
Does anybody know if Domti has closed down for good or just moved? This is the the second time this has happened. Is this due to the most topical subject spoken about at the moment, regardsing how many chinese bazars opening everywhere!!!!!!!

There are several water parks in the area! Quesada has one called Parque Aquatico, now opened and cost is 10 euros. Then you have one in La Siesta called Flamingo Aquapark, now opened but not sure of the cost. And finally the biggest one in Torrevieja, back of Habeneras shopping centre, also now opened, and the cost is around the 20 euro mark. Hope this helps!
