Jousting Poles

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a set of padded (not inflatable) kiddies jousting poles? Similar to the ones from the Gladiator program. The only place so far is China and they cost 300€, a very expensive birthday prezzie! Or maybe you know someone that can make them? I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
