medical for schools

Hi, does anyone know what the medial entails that the kids need to get into school? I have one booked for my kids in the morning and the translator has let me down at the last minute, I dont speak any spanish my daughter knows a few words, would it be worth going and hope they speak a little English or just a waste of time until I can find someone else to help me?
