Long Term Rental Property

Please could someone help me. If you or you have a friend of a friend etc that has a property for long term rent either around Torrevieja area or Quesada. We live in Algorfa at present but we find it too far away for any amenities. We are looking for a 2 bed, furnished, off road parking property. Thank you.
